Laksa from Hokka Hokka

Hi everyone Julia here, giving you my best review of Hokka Hokka's Cassic Laksa

From the delight of the cool night breeze, I pondered over my midnight meal.

Desiring an oriental treat, I happen to cross an exquisite aroma of coconut curry and juicy prawns,
while walking through Stockland mall in Castle Hill. The fragrance convinced me to be tempted with
Singapore’s well-known treasure; ‘The Laksa’.

I decided to order the laksa with prawns, instead of beef or chicken, because seriously, what kind of
psychopath gets a laksa with anything but prawns? But that's just my opinion.

At first, I was served with some phenomenal presentation. The sun-set red curry filled the bowl
from all sides. The spicy rich coconut cream saturated my senses like the relentless waves of the
Singaporean coast. The cool coriander complimented the sour tang of the lemon juices, all while
the chillies play the tunes of the east.

Overall the flavours all hit the right notes, truly an experience worth revisiting.
