George Costanza's Famous Calzone
Hello food punners! Talib your local habib here.
Let me narrate to you the journey of my last calzone. This will be an interesting review and leave you baffled. So, I'm typically not a big fan of Italian food all so much, but I decided to give it a shot this time. Strolling around London's city I decided to pop into one of the finest Italian restaurants Jamie Oliver's Italian. The only Italian dish I knew was pasta, spaghetti and Calzone. The "Calzone" was only because I remember George from Seinfeld trying to renew his friendship with his boss over a calzone. So I decided to go for a calzone.

The reason I'm not much of a fan of Italian cuisine is that typically I'm a flavoursome guy, I love explosions of taste and texture, sometimes I feel Italian food is very subtle and 'quite'. But hey, I also like trying new things out, "so why not"?
Interestingly enough the calzone was really succulent in the centre, sort of like a gozleme, a Turkish stuffed break, similar to a calzone, except it doesn't rise up and puff the same way.
Overall the food was amazing and I was really blown away at how filling it really was. Sometimes the simplest thing like drizzling olive oil really makes a difference.
My overall rating out of 5
